This conference's presentations will be offered at all grade levels and cover a wide range of subjects, including: History, Economics, Geography, Civics, Literacy, Global Connections, Psychology, and Social Sciences. NCSS is partnering with the international film and broadcasting company, WebsEdge, to bring Social Studies TV to this year’s Annual Conference. Social Studies TV will be an onsite conference television channel and will be featuring a new episode daily on plasma screens around the venue, as well as on a dedicated television channel in guest hotel rooms. This venture serves to raise the visibility of the hard work of the social studies community, and to provide an opportunity to learn about new and ongoing initiatives that are making a difference.
