Power India 2011 is an exciting event that will cater to the needs of the energy and power sector in India. Due to the success of the APDRP (Accelerated Power Development & Reforms Programme 2002 - 2012), the power sector has seen the production of around 22,000 MW during last five years. In future, even more power is needed to meet the requirements of the country. The major objective of the exhibition is to help the power sector in India to achieve the main goal “power for all” before the year 2012. Power India 2011 will act as a networking platform that will bring all major players associated in the power sector together under one roof. The exhibition will take place at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Mumbai over duration of 3 days. Around 130 exhibitors and 4000 visitors are expected to participate in the event.
