The Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, abbreviated as MTT-S, is the biggest technological profession society working towards the promotion of various technologies like microwave, millimeter-wave, RV and tetra hertz. Established in the year 1952, this organization is one of the 45 technical societies and councils of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and boasts of more than 10, 000 members across the world and 130 local chapters. The President of MTT-S is Mr. Dick Snyder and being a premier organization it produces almost 45 national and international world-class events including seminars, workshops and conferences. One of the most renowned events organized by this society is the 'International Microwave Symposium (IMS)' and a few of its upcoming events are 'Wireless and Microwave Technology Conference', 'IEEE Radar Conference' and 'Radio Wireless Week'.
