A pioneering and groundbreaking building, the Nehru Center in Mumbai, India, embodies all the elements of Jawaharlal Nehru's view about mankind, his empathy towards humanity and his concern for betterment of human race. Formed in 1972, the center is a modern center that is furnished with world-class facilities and amenities. The Nehru Center is made up of the Nehru Planetarium, the Discovery of India Exposition, a Culture Wing and an Art Gallery. The Discovery of India Exposition consists of 2 fully air-conditioned exhibition halls on the ground floor and three halls on the second level for the basic purpose of holding high-profile exhibitions of both national and international stature.
