UNION FRANCAISE DES RADIOAMATEURS popularly known as REF is an organization working towards the development of mutually beneficial relationships amongst all amateur radio enthusiasts. Amateur radio offers one and all a great technical hobby which along with having fun leverages the honing of the technical skills. Along with promoting the development of the amateur radio industry, this association also works towards protecting the rights of all those engaged in amateur radio broadcasts. The association, along with training and development programs also provides nomenclature assistance for all the new comers. Regular bulletins are also published to ensure systematic exchange of information in the fields of amateur radio. Under the guidance of President Joel Belleney , exhibitions like Exhibition SARANORD Exchange and Championat de France HF Telephony are staged by the company which further promotes exchange of information and showcase of latest technological advancements.
