The story of Alcantara Machado started in 1956, right after the installation of the first automobile industry in the State of Sao Paulo, during the government of President Juscelino Kubitschek. In 1958, Alcantara Machado organised its first trade fair, FENIT-National Textile Industry Trade Fair and with that it has got the kick to be a successful organizer.
